Decided to pass by Hort Park since we were just at HP servic centre.Quite nice actually,there's alos a playground for the kids.Ranielle's Favourite.She keeps wanting to go on the slide.anyway,was there for a short while only but def will go back.Nice place.Good for her,Coz she can just run around,it's huge!

Lost shoe!!!!!!!

Ranielle lost 1 side of her crocs today ahahaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!could it be we dropped it in the cab??i didn't realize until when i put her on the floor to walk that she started screaming trying her best to alert me that it was gone.I think what she was trying to say was,Hey mummy,i'm not going to put my feet on the ground without my shoe!!!!argh!So we had to go look for a pair of shoes for the queen,lucky taka having children's fair so got 1 at a gd price.Have already made a lost report to smrt and comfort,hopefully will get it back.If nt...i will put it in her time capsule with a super huge label.hahaha.

New Recipe:carrot stick noodles with veg and mince beef

whip up a new dish for queen today.thankfully she enjoyed it coz lunch was nt to her liking.Easy to prepare and fast,say..bout 20-25mins.Simply boil the carrot stick noodle in one pot and the vegs in another till soft then add in mince beef.no seasoning,all natural!

tough night!

finally manage to get queen to sleep in her bed after lots of crying,screaming,shouting...so heart pain!!Me and derek had to sit down and look at her do all this drama,trying so hard not to give in to us carrying her.
It's time she slept in her own bed,purposely got her a quilt to put on top of her mattress to make it more comfy.It's time me and derek got our bed back,but we forsee that she def will wake up in the middle of the night screaming for us.we know her too well.no matter what,we can't give in....if nt she's going to get back into our bed and god knows when she'll ever get out.So,we got to be strong for the next few nights or she'll win again.Good luck to us man!

Been looking around for other classes for our Queen to attend,since we are no longer going to send her to playgroup solo,only to classes accompanied by mummy dearest...ME.Heard that GUG quite good so went for trial today.Suppose to go with Agnes but darling Aidan is unwell so just me and the Queen.Went to class not expecting much,before entering,temperature check and hands and feets,after the teacher sanitise the babes hands then can attend.was happy with that.first 15-20mins,the babes were just playing around with the toys after which ..welcome songs and lesson begins.storytelling,mandarin play with the native teachers coming in to sing,read a book,dancing etc..then art and craft,zoophonics.At first, i was quite skeptical as in how you going to use animals to teach kids to know their abcs and phonics,but after seeing the way they do i ..i must say i was pretty impress.All that rhyming and singing actions and puppets made the babes so interested and joining in.Queen was so engrossed in it.Though for the first part of the lesson she was busy checking out the place...hahah inspector.Our queen also did her first ever art piece of a turkey using her little hands and fingers..cool ah...hehee..
so needless to say,we decided to sign up and she going to start next Feb!!!twice a week 1 1/2hr lesson with mummy dearest.So excited,hope she will be able to focus better and of course have fun!!!

Updates!!!!!

Our Darling Queen,weighed her today.Our friend is now 11+kg.
oh well,ever since she could walk or rather run..she has been uncontrollable and wild.the way she does things is just so adorable and so smart!!!!She has a mind of her own and she realise the concept of things, like dvd is to be put into the dvd player,on the fan,asking me to pick up the phone when it's ringing etc..her signing has also improve lots. speech wise ok la...hahaha..able to recongize things and pointing it out to us.We are real happy that she's picking up things fast responding well and bascially having fun though We are really have a hard time chasing our little darling around.And yes,she screams at home,in public everywhere.She simply can't contain her excitment!!!Eating is all fine.no prob with that.did i mention she loves to gives us hugs and kisses(don't jealous ah)hahaha...We are just simply blessed!!!She is truly a 'Kai xin guo' you can never get angry with her for long. she knows your weakness and it's her!! she start to 'sa nai' give you hugs and kisses putting on her sweetest smiles and all sort.Sad to say,i never fail to fall for it hahahaa..more to come!!

We went marina square to see the sesame street show today.Lots of children..didn't manage to get a gd spot but still quite enjoyable.Queen was waving her hands and clapping,enjoying the songs.

We brought Queen to see Barney and friends at IMM today.My goodness,the kids there are all so crazy about this purple dinosaur.Especially when Barney came out,it was sheer maddness!!!

Derek chased us out of the house yesterday.the contractors were coming to fix up the window grills as our darling can climb liao. safety first! so i brought Queen to taka to do some xmas shopping to avoid the dust and noise.Taka square,toy fair going on.Bought,our no.1 barney fan-barney plate and cutlery set.guess what her reaction was..BABA BABA!refuse to let go of the plate,don't buy also can not.

i'm really running out of ideas what to feed my growing queen.Sometimes,get ideas from the web,books,self creation haha... as long as it's healthy and she eats it!Recently,she started to eat fish again,so happy.She hated it when she first started solids,now she's fine.What i did was, i went to buy ikan bilis,sun first,then fry,then wait for it to dry then i grind to powder.So everytime she eats porridge,i will put 2 teaspoon in stir and serve,she loves it. so worth the effort!!!
just tried a new recipe too,japanese udon with egg and mushroom,good response leh hahaa..will wreck my brains for more new recipes.

thankfully,Queen's quite a good eater and not very fussy.She eats her veg and fruits well. Yoghurt and cheese for strong and healthy teeth and bones!!!Also taking rice,pasta etc.. and she super loves her gerber juices!!DO NOT LET HER SEE IT BEFORE SHE FINISHES HER FOOD,IF NOT...SHE WILL REFUSE TO EAT AHAHAHHA!!!!

wait until neck so long,finally manage to collect it,took 2 mths to notifiy us.OMG!!!!Remember?Queen was featured in sept issue of Young parents,this is her prize,It's a pop to the rescue toy from tomy,looks quite fun.You have to take a hammer and knock the egg,it will drop into the car and will dash out of the garage.You get what i mean???haha,anyways,glad it's finally here.

Altantis @ delta sports complex

Brought Queen to Altantis to play coz ard the area went to collect ny LT sub.Well ..the place is really small,nothing much,costs me $5 for an hr.which i seriously do not think it's worth it .You can tell she was really bored ,we went the only ones there.So after about 20mins,she kept pushing the gate to get out of the place and i got to keep catching her back which i gave up shortly and we finally left.I don't think we will even go back there again.Instead,we will just stick to fidgets,so so so much bigger and cheaper.

Queen's crazy about Barney!!!!!!!

There's just something about this purple dinosaur,she's crazy about it!!everytime she sees it,she go 'baba baba' her-what i think is her affection way of addressing it.She can see it even when we don't notice it,especially kiddie rides with Barney!!we have to literally have to grab her and run away when she screaming 'baba baba'it's funny though hahahaa..
